Actually, this really strongly reminds me of one of Justin Cherry's ([link]) old concept paintings...ever since I first saw it, I always admired the idea of using something as delicate as flower petals as a sculpting medium, especially in reference to a human figure.

At any rate, you handled the blue values rather nicely, though her hair seems a bit of an afterthought.
