This is a piece commissioned by

, his character Cera, whose twin is Jonec
. It took quite a while, especially with school going on at the time, but it was finally done a couple of days ago. Not much to say, except I was asked to go all out with what I could do, so I did just that. It was a great experience, though there was some confusion with depicting the "Shadow", but I finally got it the way he wanted.
Several references for moths, sky, and the figures, used myself as I always do. Done in photoshop+wacom tablet.

I'm a sucker for colors and textures like these. And your anatomy is excellent! I totally feel in love with Cera's facial expression. That longing look that she yearns for something she can't have...its mesmerizing. She also seems like the opposite of Jonec where the anger is his face makes him look sorta deformed.

Very beautiful background too. No words would do justice to such fine art. You are a total pro with your skills.

I thought, "Wow, such a gorgeous painting.." and when I scrolled all the way down, I was startled by the shadow.

Gorgeous... Love the concept, the composition, the colours are brilliant...

Even though this piece is based on =crimsonmegatron's characters and makes me intrigued to find out more, it is still a powerfull stand alone piece because it has a classical sense of a "day and night" mythological theme...
